The company was founded from a passionate belief that dentistry is a special gift to humanity and it's providers uniquely equipped and trained to deliver services that transform and save lives. In addition, we have a certain responsiblility to attain our true potential as-well-as create meaningful and lasting relationships with our patients.

  • John Kempton D.D.S. F.A.C.D.

    Coach and facilitator

    Graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 1976 and has been engaged in clinical dentistry for almost four decades. In addition to post-graduate continuums in reconstructive dentistry, he has completed Dawson Academy's Dental Institute for Systemic Health and the medical Bale-Doneen preceptorship for cardiovascular health. As a certified professional coach, time is allocated annually to be with nationally renowned leadership.



  • The personal side

    John has served on school, health center, and charitable foundation boards over the years... giving back adds value and meaning to his life. He finds great joy spending time with family and friends... and can be found with a new book in his down time. Time spent outdoors is his opportunity to 'recharge'; tennis, golf, and hiking are all essential fundamentals to balancing life... but in the end, cross country 'bike' rides settle the spirit like no other!




  • Traci Warner R.D.H.

    Oral medicine coach and facilitator

    Graduated from Ferris State University School of Dental Hygiene in 1989 and has been engaged in clinical dentistry for almost three decades. In addition, she has completed Dawson Academy's Dental Institute for Systemic Health. Studied the Bale and Doneen Method for cardiovascular health with Brad Bale MD, and is Experienced as a professor from Baker College of Cadillac, Michigan. Member of the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health.


  • The personal side

    Service above self is a strong core value of Traci's. She is an active Rotarian serving on many committees helping to make her community a better place. Giving back and leaving a positive legacy are very important to Traci. When she is not working as a hygienist and office manager for the successful dental practice that she is part of, you can find her spending time with her friends and family. Making time for daily exercise is important to Traci and this allows her to recalibrate from her busy days along with keeping her on track for a healthy lifestyle.
